Summer Glow meets Winter Cold // Wenn der Winter mal wieder viel zu lang ist

Huch? Was? Schon wieder ein Beauty Post? Gehe ich jetzt unter die Beauty Blogger? Habe ich zumindest nicht vor, nein. Aber ich plane ohnehin nicht viel voraus. Die Themen finden eher mich als ich die Themen und so kommt es auch, dass meine verrückte Haut mich im letzten Jahr dazu bewegte mehr als nur mit Wasser und Seife zu experimentieren und so hat sich meine Haut, dank neuer Beautyroutine, wieder etwas beruhigt und ich finde sie wirklich schön - so wie sie ist. Wer meine neue Routine noch einmal nachlesen möchte: voilà, hier kann man noch einmal meine aktuellen Pflegetipps nachlesen.

Der Winter scheint in diesem, wie auch in jedem Jahr, besonders grau zu sein. Da will ich nichts dramatisieren. Allerdings begegne ich dem Januar und Februar in diesem Jahr, anders als in den Jahren zuvor. Meine Haut ist nun zwar beruhigt, und feinporiger, jedoch so blass wie jedes Jahr um diese Zeit. Leichte Rötungen um die Nase und dunkle Augenringe lassen einen schnell krank aussehen obwohl man fit ist. Die Haut is fahl und wirkt schlaff. Ich sehe total platt aus aber anders als sonst um diese Jahreszeit habe ich keine Lust "geschminkt" auszusehen.

1. NAGELLACK: Meine Hände sehen gerade so wahnsinnig grau aus. Ich nutze sehr gerne die Lacke von Nailmatic aus Paris. Die Farbe sind von hoher Leuchtkraft, decken gut, trocknen schnell und sind 100% Made in France. Ich habe unzählige Farben von dieser Marke daheim und jetzt habe ich auch noch gelesen, dass sie einen Lavendel Nagellackentferner anbieten - HILFE! Ich mag gerade Orange sehr gerne. Und diese satten Farben... Die machen noch mehr Lust auf Sommer.

2. GESICHTSÖL: (Dieses Produkt teste ich als PR Sample) Neben dem Rosenöl von Aesop, habe ich nun auch das 100% Bio Hagebuttenöl von Merme aus Berlin getestet. Ich liebe ja die Underdogs und Local Heros. Merme stellt vegane Biokosmetik vor mit nur einem Inhaltsstoff. Besonders sensible Haut wird dadurch nicht irritiert und es ist 100% natürlich. Man braucht nur sehr wenig von dem Öl und ich nehme ein paar Tropfen davon zwei Mal die Woche als Nachtpflege. Es riecht ganz anders als ich es mir vorgestellt habe und ist für mich ein toller Winterduft am Abend auf der Haut, denn es erinnert mich an frischen Brotteig. Ich möchte noch ergänzen, dass ich entdeckt habe, dass Merme nun auch Gesichtsmasken mit Tiefenreinigungswirkung führt -  mit Tonerde aus Frankreich. Das werde ich mir vermutlich als nächstes zulegen, wenn meine Maske alle ist, denn das klingt nicht nur wie Urlaub sondern es ist wie alle Produkte 100% natürlich. Das werde ich mal testen.

3. SERUM: (Dieses Produkt teste ich als PR Sample) Mit Seren war ich bis vor einem Jahr noch gar nicht vertraut. Ehrlich gesagt, hat mich ein Mann darauf gebracht, dem ich sehr gerne folge und wirklich eine tolle Haut hat. @fabianhart. Ich habe durch die Seifen von Binu ein grosses Vertrauen in das Know-How der beiden Berlinerinnen. Jetzt haben sie ihr erstes Serum entwickelt. Das Serum ist recht flüssig und kommt in einem Pumpspender und riecht kaum (hier werden keine künstlichen Duftstoffe oder andere Zusätze ausser den Pflegestoffen hinzugefügt) und hat einen leicht minzfarbenen Ton. Das liegt vermutlich an dem Bambusextrakt, welches Elastizität gibt. Ausserdem sind Lotuswasser, der Beautywunderwirkstoff Hyaluronsäure enthalten und vor allem, was ich als angenehm auf der Haut empfand: Aloe Vera und Neroli Öl. Ich bin gespannt was wir aus dem Hause Binu noch erwarten dürfen.

4. GESICHTSCREME FÜR KINDER: Die Gesichtscreme der Münchner Mama-Kindkosmetik, ist wie alle Produkte der von Belle & Fleurelle ohne Alkohol und ohne künstliche Zusatzstoffe oder Duftstoffe - reinste reichhaltige Pflege für die Baby- und Kinderhaut. Das überzeugt. Ich kann es nicht oft genug sagen aber schaut bitte mal auf eure Pflege. Auch wenn die Verpackungen manchmal sehr schön und Bio aussehen wird dann bei vielen Marken doch sehr viel Alkohol, der austrocknet, verwendet. Belle & Fleurelle konserviert indem es in einem Vakuumpumpspender kommt. Das Produkt ist nicht ganz günstig aber hat wesentlich mehr Inhalt und hält damit auch viel länger als andere Produkte seiner Art. Die schöne leere Pappschachtel kann man scnschliessen als Stifteaufbewahrungsbox verwenden.

5. PARFUMSTICK: Diesen Parfum Stick schickte mir The Real Little Birdsmama als ich im Wochenbett lag. Das Neugeborene sollte nicht von künstlichen Gerüchen irritiert werden. Schliesslich ist dies die Bondingphase und die Babies riechen ihre Eltern und vor allem auch die Milch der stillenden Mama. Die Haut ist sensibel aber ab und an möchte man sich für die Anstrengung der Geburt belohnen. Dieser Parfumstick riecht ganz zart und enthält keinen Alkohol oder Parabene. Die Inhaltsstoffe sind sehr reichhaltig und pflegen zusätzlich die manchmal beanspruchte und irritierte Haut. Ich liebe den Geruch noch immer und nutze dieses feste Parfum sehr gern. Er ist nicht viel größer als eine Lippenpflege und kann auch sehr gut auf Reisen im Handgepäck mitgenommen werden.

6. Pflege Make-Up und Highlighter Stick: (Dieses Produkt teste ich als PR Sample) Nude by Nature sind aus Australien undich habe  die Marke das erste Mal durch eine Freundin im vergangenen Jahr kennengelernt. Nun freue ich mich, dass ich es testen durfte, da ich schon viel Gutes gehört habe. Ich habe einen Starter Kit mit Primer, Concealer, Bronzer und der Basis Puder Foundation und kann sagen, dass die Produkte alle einen ebenmäßigen aber natürlichen Teint auf die leicht gerötete Winterhaut zaubern und dabei nicht austrocknen wei sie voll mit Pflegestoffen sind. Aber hier meine beiden Highlightprodukte: Die strahlende lose Pudergrundierung schmilzt förmlich auf der Haut, wenn man sie mit dem Pinsel aufträgt und schützt mit LSF 15. Im Gegensatz zu bislang von mir getesteten Mineral-Make Ups, habe ich abends nicht das Gefühl, dass meine Haut verstopft ist und nach dem Abschminken endlich wieder atmen kann. Das mag vielleicht daran liegen, dass hier kein Talg verwendet wird, der die Poren verschliesst. Zudem ist Kaolin enthalten, ein Wirkstoff, den ich in reinigenden Masken sehr zu schätzen gelernt habe. Mein absoluter Favorit aber ist der Highlighter Stick. Wenn man so wie ich nicht jeden Tag das "volle Programm" abspulen möchte aber trotzdem ein bischen Australischen Sommer und Frische möchte, dann ist das DIE Entdeckung für mich gewesen: Ein echter Alleskönner, der mein perfekter Reisebuddy ist. Ich habe ihn in Bronze und setze ein paar Tupfer über die Wangenknochen, auf die Nasenspitze und auf das Lippenherz um diese Partien zu betonen ohne gross geschminckt auszusehen. Man nimmt einfach den Finger. Ausserdem mag ich ein wenig davon auf dem Auge. Der leichte Sommerglanz lässt die Augen strahlen.

Huh? What? Another beauty post? Am I now among the beauty bloggers? That's not my intention. But I'm not planning much ahead anyway. The blogpost topics find me rather than me looking for them.  This is exactly what happened to me with my post birth/breastfeeding crazy skin which made me experiment more than just using soap and water in the last year. My skin calmed down a bit thanks to a new beauty routine. Those who would like to read my new routine again: voila, here you can read my current care tips again.

Winter seems to be particularly gray this year - just like every year. I do not want to dramatize anything.. Although my skin is much more calmed and fine-pored, it is as pale as every year at this time. Slight redness around the nose and dark circles under the eyes make you look sick even though you are fit. The skin is pale and appears flabby. I look tired but contrary to previous years, I have no desire to look "made-up". So here are some products I find helpful and natural.

1. NAIL POLISH: My hands just look so dreadfully gray. I like to use the paints of Nailmatic from Paris. The colors are of high luminosity, cover well, dry quickly and are 100% Made in France. I have countless colors of this brand at home and now I have also read that they offer a lavender nail polish remover - HELP! I just like Orange. And these rich colors ... They make me long for summer even more.

2. FACE OIL: (This product I test as a PR sample) In addition to the rose oil from Aesop, I have now tested the 100% organic rosehip oil from Merme from Berlin. I love the underdogs and local heros. Merme introduces vegan biocosmetics with just one ingredient. Sensitive skin will not be irritated and it is 100% natural. It takes very little of the oil and I take a few drops of it twice a week as a night care. It smells very different from what I imagined and for me this is a great winter scent in the evening on the skin, because it reminds me of fresh bread dough. I would like to add that I have discovered that Merme now also has face masks with a deep cleansing effect - with clay from France. I'll probably get that next when I finish my mask because that does not only sound like a holiday, but like all products, it's 100% natural. I'll test it and report back.

3. SERUM: (This product is being tested as a PR sample) I was not familiar with serums until a year ago. Honestly, a man who I like to follow convinced me. He also has absolutely flawless skin: @fabianhart. Through the soaps of Binu, I have great confidence in the know-how of the two Berliners. Now they have developed their first serum. The serum is quite fluid and comes in a pump dispenser, hardly smells (here are no artificial fragrances or other additives added to the care ingredients) and has a slightly minty tone. This is probably due to the bamboo extract, which gives elasticity. In addition, lotus water, the beauty miracle ingredient hyaluronic acid and, above all, what I found to be pleasant on the skin: aloe vera and neroli oil. I'm curious what we can expect from Binu next.

4. FACIAL CREAM FOR CHILDREN: The face cream of the Munich Mama-Child cosmetics, like all products of organic cosmetics brand, is without alcohol and without artificial additives or fragrances - pure rich rich care for baby and child skin. Convinced me. I can not say it often enough but please take a look at your care. Although sometimes the packaging looks very nice and organic, oftentimes a lot of alcohol is used which dries skin in the long run. Belle & Fleurelle on the other hand preserve their natural organic cosmetics by using a vacuum pump dispenser. The product is not cheap but has much more content and lasts much longer than other products of its kind.

5. PARFUM STICK: This perfume stick was once send to me by The Real Little Birdsmama after my  daughter was born. The newborn should not be irritated by artificial odors. After all, this is the bonding phase and the babies smell their parents and, above all, the breastfeeding mom's milk. The skin is sensitive but now and then you want to reward yourself for the effort of childbirth. This perfume stick smells very delicate and contains no alcohol or parabens. The ingredients are very rich and also care the sometimes stressed and irritated skin. I still love the smell and like to use this solid perfume. The stick is not much bigger than a lip balm and can also be taken along when traveling in your hand luggage.

6. Mineral Make Up and Highlighter Stick: (This product I test as a PR sample) I first heard about Nude by Nature through a friend last year and now I am happy that I am able to test it since. I've got a starter kit with primer, concealer, bronzer and powder foundation and can say that the products all create an even but natural complexion on the slightly reddened winter skin and do not dry out whatsoever because they are full of rich care. But here are my two highlight products: The radiant loose powder foundation melts easily on the skin, if you apply it with the brush and protects winter your skin with SPF 15. In contrast to my so far tested mineral make-ups, my skin doesn't feel clogged in the evening.. This may be because no sebum is used to seal the pores. In addition, kaolin is included, an ingredient I have learned to appreciate in cleaning masks. But my absolute favorite is the highlighter stick. If you do not want to do the "full program" every day like I do, but still want a bit of Australian summer and freshness, then that's THE discovery for me: A true all-rounder who's my perfect travel buddy. I have it in bronze and apply a bit on the cheekbones, on the tip of the nose and on the lip heart to emphasize these parts without looking heavily made up. Just use ure finger tip to apply it. I also like a little bit of it on the eye. The light summer shine makes the eyes glow.
